Terms of Service

1. Nature of the service

FateFollow provides personal insights for reflection and entertainment using user inputs, structured calculation rules and model-generated interpretation. Results are not factual proof, guaranteed predictions, or medical, mental-health, legal, tax, investment or other professional advice. Seek a qualified professional for important decisions.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be at least 18, or any higher age required in your location. You must provide information you are entitled to submit, protect your account, and not impersonate others, submit unlawful or harmful material, attack the service, bypass controls, reverse engineer protected systems, or abuse payment and refund processes.

3. Personalized digital content

After payment confirmation and your express checkout request, generation begins immediately. Closing the page does not cancel background processing. A report is treated as delivered only when the complete output passes structural and calculation-consistency checks and becomes available in your account. Failed jobs may be retried or moved to manual review.

4. Prices and payments

The server-confirmed checkout price and currency control the order. Stripe or PayPal handles payment credentials. A payment is complete only after server-side verification. Test and live transactions are kept separate. Mandatory consumer rights in your location are not excluded.

5. Content and acceptable use

Reports aim to use respectful, non-coercive language and to describe uncertainty, controllable factors and lower-risk actions. You may keep a purchased report for personal use. You may not misrepresent it as an official guarantee, mass-resell it, remove rights notices, or use the service to harm another person.

6. Availability and liability

Hosting, identity, payment, network and model providers may experience interruptions. Orders paid but not successfully delivered are handled under the Refund Policy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for high-risk decisions made solely from entertainment-oriented content. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.

7. Suspension, law and disputes

Accounts may be suspended for serious misuse, fraud, security threats or repeated violations. These terms are governed by Hong Kong law and disputes are submitted to courts with jurisdiction in Hong Kong, without removing non-waivable rights available under a consumer's local law.

Privacy, refund, complaint and general service requests: service@lotusblissstore.com. We acknowledge requests within 1–3 business days and aim to complete straightforward requests within the same period. Where identity checks, legal retention duties or third-party coordination require longer, we will explain why and provide an estimated completion date.
